Some Fall 2016 Rescue Kittens – Adoptable Winter 2017

Here are some kittens that were rescued this fall and will be ready for adoption in time for the holidays. Check out their progress below and don’t miss the video at the end!

We have lots of wonderful cats and kittens available for adoption. Check out our ADOPT page for more info.

Update! Now ready for adoption!

These guys are now healthy, spayed, vaccinated, tested FIV/FeLV negative, and ready for adoption. You can visit them in person at PetSmart Yonkers, Saturdays from noon-4pm (that is, until they get adopted and go away to their forever homes!)
Here are some more up-to-date pics of some of them:

Dee Dee and Marjoe

Dee Dee (the tortoiseshell kitten with the infected eye) and Marjoe (the white kitten) are recent rescues.

Dee Dee came to us with a horrible upper respiratory tract infection, full of fleas, and a very infected eye. She’s doing much better, and believe it or not, the eye looks better since she has been on meds. She will see a vet again in a few days to check it’s progress and evaluate next steps, which are expected to involve eye surgery.

Marjoe is the lone survivor from a litter of kittens that suffered from severe flea anemia who (thanks to care and meds) is making great progress!
